this is our 3rd bike that we purchased at harley.we purchased an extended service plan, which sounded great, if we were to break down, harley would pick us up anywhere in U.S. And tow our vehicle and pay for a hotel and they pay for the towing also.WOW ,we said great, we planned to ride to New York.we took a short ride to the keys and before we know it we got a flat tire.Well it was a nightmare, dealing with someone to help us, was so bad.i had 1bar left on my phone and no help from all the calls to Harley, I just kept getting phone number after phone numbers to call for a towing company that Harley uses..no one had their phone on or wasn't accepting calls, we even called pteresons Harley that we just visited and purchased 230.00 for the bike, we asked them if they can pick us up and put a tire on for us, they said get someone to tow your bike and we said we just purchased the bike at Harley and has the. He extended plan that Harley will send a tow truck to pick us. Up..they said they close in 1 and half hr, if we get it towed there they will put a tire on...wow, unbelievable, now I call Harley again and thank god I talked to a young man, his name was Patrick, thank god for him ,he got a hold of a towing company, the cost was 300,00' we were told to pay for it and we will get reinbursed.
Well we called and the gentle man said sorry to tell you but a flat tire , we don't pay for your towing..we were told different. We bought 4yr insurance plan lol...I feel , they sold a bike, got the insurance they sold us and hahahahaha screw you..
